ヨゼフはナザレトの大工で３５歳位でした。マリアは１５歳５ヶ月齢でした。
エルサレムで結婚式を済ませるとヨゼフとマリアは馬車でナザレトに戻りました。

西暦３０年２月３日（金）、衆議会は「イエズスの逮捕」を決議しました。
衆議会は、ユダヤ人の諸会堂、エルサレム市街地、イスラエルの主要街道の掲示板に「イエズスの逮捕状」を公示しました。それでイエズスは「公のお尋ね者」になりました。
聖ヨハネは、ヨハネ福音書第１１章５４節に次のように書きました。
イエズスはもはやユダヤ人たちがいる場所を公然と歩くことなくそこを立ち去って荒れ野に近いエフライムという村に行きました。（ヨハネ１１：５４）

On Saturday, September 6, 27 A.D., the inhabitants of Nazareth got angry at the Jesus’ words.
After the early stage of His Public Life, Jesus came back to His home the several times. But the Nazarenes were thinking that Jesus was the dangerous revolutionary and the crazy fellow.
He came back to Nazareth where He had been brought up.
On Saturday, September 6, 27 A.D., Jesus went into the synagogue of Nazareth on the Sabbath, as was His custom.
He stood up to read, and the scroll of Prophet St. Isaiah was handed to Him. He opened the scroll, and found the place where it is written. (Luke 4:16-30).
“The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me, because He has sent Me to preach the good news to the poor. He has sent Me to proclaim freedom for the prisoners and recovery of sight for the blind, to release the oppressed, to proclaim freedom to the captives.”
He rolled up the scroll, and gave it back to the attendant, and sat down.
As the eyes of Nazarenes were fixed on Him, He said.
“Today, this scripture is fulfilled in your hearing.”
They were surprised up the gracious Words that came from His mouth, so they said.
“Isn’t this Joseph’s son?”
He read their thoughts, and He said.
“Surely, you will quote this proverb for Me; ‘Physician, heal yourself! Do here in Your hometown what You have done in Capernaum.’ I tell you the truth. The prophets are not accepted in their hometowns. I tell you that there were many widows in Israel in the days of Elijah, when the heaven was shut for three and a half years and there was a severe famine throughout the land. Elijah was not sent to any of them, but to the widow in Zerephath in the region of Sidon. There were the many leprosy people in Israel in the time of Elisha. And nobody of them was cleaned, only Naaman of Syrian.”
